It is not an issue as we look after the backup, update and security of your website and the users.

We cover the security of the domain and hosting space. You domain will not be held with the same company your website is hosted on and the hosting we provide comes with mirror servers - this means if the hosting server goes down your website stays live.

The monthly fee we charge covers the cost of maintaining the integrity of the website and updating the software where required as well as backing up the server. Backups can be restored to any web-host, should we have any doubt as to the security of our hosting space. All visits to any part of the site are logged and can be traced. Should there be an attack we will make every effort to build a case against any individual and make a full report to the police.

Although we have all these measures in place the actual risks of a server failure, the need to restore a site or an attack by a hacker are all very small.... but just in case we take a backup of your entire website at least once a week.
